About the Author

Jeffrey L. Harrison is a professor at the University of Florida’s College of Law. He holds both a J.D. and a Ph.D. in economics. He is the author of many books, among them Regulation and Deregulation and Law and Economics in a Nutshell, 3e.

Jules Theeuwes is Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. His Ph.D. is in economics from the University of British Columbia.
