About the Author

Caspian Sawczak has written, recorded, and produced more than three albums' worth of original music. Over the years, he has performed at many events and venues across the Greater Toronto Area, including Youth Day at Nathan Philips' Square, the Downtown Milton Street Festival, the Flavours by the Bay Festival in Pickering, a fundraiser for a local chapter of Food for Life Canada, and various pubs, coffee shops, and schools. Among his favourite artists are Third Eye Blind, Matthew Good Band, Bruce Cockburn, Gaslight Anthem, Sloan, Hey Rosetta!, Sufjan Stevens, Counting Crows, Peter Gabriel, and Radiohead. He is currently working towards a doctorate in neuropsychology at the University of Toronto, but still enjoys occasionally performing at open mic nights and jamming with other musicians.
